ShiftPulse is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
All data you enter into ShiftPulse (shift schedules, pay information, differentials, retirement accounts, and preferences) is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data is transmitted to any server.
ShiftPulse can optionally access Apple HealthKit data (sleep analysis and heart rate) to calculate fatigue scores. This data is read directly from HealthKit on your device, processed locally, and never leaves your device. You can disable HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings or within ShiftPulse's Settings.
ShiftPulse can optionally import shift events from your iOS Calendar (EventKit). This data is read locally and never transmitted externally. You can revoke calendar access at any time in iOS Settings.
Pay rates, differentials, retirement contributions, and all financial data you enter remain entirely on your device. ShiftPulse does not connect to any banks, payroll systems, or financial services.
ShiftPulse Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all billing.
ShiftPulse does not include any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage.
We do not share any data with third parties. There is no data to share because we do not collect any.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. You can also delete individual shifts, patterns, and financial data within the app.
ShiftPulse is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top of this page.
